Rig which is easy to take apart & move?

Just want to be able to move it between the basement and our spare room on the 2nd floor once a year.

The basement is way too cold in winter!

In addition to semi-portability, I think I want a rig which doesn't hold the screen\monitor.

Playseat challenge.

Not for those who feel simracing is a substitute for gym workout, which seems to be a fair amount in simracing.

It is very portable though.
