This is my first thread post and i am only doing it because i can't find the answer what i am about to say. The confusion is when going to increase the wheel ie inch up 1 or 2 what does this actually mean. Does the inch up mean one inch wider or does it mean going from a 14" wheel to a 15" wheel? In forza 4 when getting wheel improvement you could nominate the width or height or have both ie 2" extra on width but same diameter or bigger rim but same width. It seams from what i can understand is that people assume that by going 1 or 2 inch up that it means you get both height and width together. Need to be able to purchase said rims with all the information on the rim site ie 13 x 7 going to a wider rim 13 x 8 or 14 x 8.
Cheers.

Originally it did both diameter and width (which varied). After the recent update it now only does diameter.

They are talking about the overall diamiter of the rim. And rim width is not adjustable, what you see is what you get.

I thought it was a new way of installing inched up rims. Slice 2 tires and rims down so you get 4 and install them. Glad to see they finally fixed that issue.

Thanks for the replies Downhill Dino and Ryzno. When going up 1 or 2 inch i was fairly sure that the improvement was for a larger diameter rim but not the width. Another thread confused me as they assumed both the diameter and width were increased. Thanks for your input. Cheers
