In my lifetime, this marks the second time that an actor from the original Dukes of Hazzard has passed away, with the first being Boss Hogg.

RIP.

Saw this on Yahoo and TMZ sites yesterday. RIP.

He was great as Sheriff Rosco. Loved how he improvised much of his lines on the show.

He also ran an acting school in the 70's where he taught big names like Burt Reynolds, Clint Eastwood, Lindsay Wagner, Farrah Fawcett and Quentin Tarantino. As well as gave on set lessons to Bo, Luke and Daisy on the set of Dukes.
