RL help...

i recently picked up a 91 240sx fastback, and already put some tein s.tech lowering springs on it. i was wondering, what would be a good exhaust to put on the car? i was looking at 5zigen fireball exhaust, and also apexi N1 exhaust. my friend has an apexi exhaust on his car, and i dont really like the sound...so i was kinda leaning more towards the 5zigen... i also looked at blitz nurspec, but it was too expensive and no shops around here carry blitz products...so i was wondering if anybody had other ideas?

also, does anybody know any good junkyards around san diego, ca?
 
I agree, 5Zigen = no good, Fujitsubo = good (if you can afford it). I'm also partial to HKS, you should check them out. They make NICE sound and definetely know what they're doing. I have an HKS Sport system on my 86 and it sounds almost stock but with a deeper tone to it.

The Apexi exhasut system is really good. I would buy it if i had the moeny... HKS I heard was really good. My friend has the Apexi N1 Dual and it sounds really nice. Tanabe is alright too..i heard its really loud. Blitz Nurspec is not as loud as the Apexi but still really deep. the RS*R exhaust system is nice too and deep and really quiet. Greddy/Trust is nice too. Deep and not Loud. If i were you i would get the Apexi N1 Dual. It also angles out too like the N1 single. It looks nice. I had a custom Exhaust and custom piping on my car but hit a center divider and bent the exhaust oing a 3rd gear drift. Not a smart thing when im still learing.....=/.
 
Yashio Factory, Lol, But for somthing resonable, I would go for a Tanabe or a Blitz...
 
HKS..They know what they're doing.. And if Top Secret makes that kinda stuff, I dunno if they do, go with them...

thats where i go for parts, and i cant get anything outside of what they offer seeing as they have probably the largest collection of parts around here, and i cant order online seeing as im under 18 and dont have a credit card...but could you guys tell me what the best they have to offer?
