Roadster TC Cup?

Okay, my buddy and i are trying to start a spec class style of racing using the Roadster TC. There would be restrictions as to HP and weight. And we would like to set it up to be more of a racing season (i.e. one race every week or 2 with a points system) We're still debaiting on this but would like to know if there is any interest before we go diving into this. Also any input/sugestions would also be more than apriciated!
 
I freakin love mazda roadsters, count me in seeing as summer is coming up in a few weeks!
 
Important question, what tires?

I love the car, but 200hp on racing soft/medium tires really doesn't interest me in the slightest.
 
I love this car when I tuned it because the balance feel perfect and it's so grippy
