Rolls-Royce and Maybach in Gran Turismo?

Watching some NatGeo documentaries now, I've come across the making of Rolls-Royce Phantom. So it struck me that I've never seen a single rolls in racing games. Is there an issue with licensing, or developers like PD assume that nobody is interested in driving a massive luxury sedan? We have Bentleys, but never a Rolls, what gives? Their factory is located in Goodwood as well. The only place we are able to drive RRs virtually is GTA mods. Same goes for Maybach, though that brand is dead so it's kind of understandable at this point.

T10 isn't EA, they had an exclusive Ferrari license for Xbox/PC games, but they gave it up before FM4 released.
