It's longer wheel base than the Veyon, and sends all it's power to the rear wheels... it's not going to be great at GT Arena, but I think it could be fun.

We don't really know yet. There hasn't been a word if it's exclusive or not yet I think. If it was exclusive, it would probably be a timed exclusive.

Mentions the word exclusive a couple of times, but it would be an assumption that this meant on-going exclusivity.

But it doesn't mean that the ghost, Phantom or Phantom Drophead can't be exclusive to gt6

You should understand that exclusive licenses take an absolutely enormous amount of money and time to acquire. There might also be specific terms in the licensing agreement that the developer has to agree to. It's simply not worth it 99% of the time to get an exclusive license, especially just for one car. Besides, PD doesn't give a hoot about R-R either-- it hasn't been in GT before, it won't be in GT anytime soon, sadly.

Yeah, I don't think Turn 10 would have got exclusivity on Rolls-Royce just for one car. So the car may be a exclusive or a timed exclusive or they got a license in general and are planning to add more into the game.
