Room Select Screen Question

Is there a way to view different rooms? Each time I hit [triangle] to "refresh list" I get the same rooms over and over. The guide (little yellow question mark on the side) claims that you will get a random selection of the available rooms, yet I get the same 4 sets without fail.

Right now it's a cycle of 87, 11, 29, and 3. The cycle repeats, always with the exact same set of rooms. I refuse to believe there are less than 150 online races on this planet right now.

Is this happening for everyone? Is my lobby messed up or is PD full of **** again?
 
Honestly, I get the same thing. If you select something in the filters, say a track, you may get a different list. It's a bit bollocks.
