I believe Rossion started out as a Noble cars importer and then developed into its own brand (may be wrong tho).

I've personally never liked this car tho, looks like a cheap knockoff to me.

You're right. Back when Noble were making the M400, they wanted to import it to the States but it was too expensive so they developed Rossion to build Noble M400's in America.

Firstly, likely because T10 are American, and secondly it isn't a cheap knockoff as it is made by Noble. Just under a different name.
