Round 2 begins Jan 31, 9AM....

For my 1,000th post at GTP, I'm actually first to announce something, what a strange coincidence.


Just got my confirmation email:


Round 1 of GT Academy, the ground breaking competition
that will give one Gran Turismo(R) 5 player the opportunity
of a lifetime to become a professional race car driver,
has come to a close.

From nearly 55,000 entrants all across the United
States, you finished in the top 128 in your region
and in the top 512 nationally, qualifying you to move
on to Round 2 of GT Academy.


Round 2 begins January 31 at 9 AM EST, and ends midnight
EST on February 6. If you make it into the top 16 players
for your region, you will move on to Round 3 of the competition.
The top eight players per region from Round 3 will be invited
to the GT Academy National Finals event in March.

9am gives me time to put in an hour before i have to go to work. Hopefully it starts on time. I will also be coming home for my lunch break and running for another 30-45 minutes. Then i will be on this thing all night after 7:30 or so. Cant wait!! I love Time Trials!! This round should be interesting.
