Nice suggestion, but the title should be changed to 1965 as the picture shows the 1965 car. In 1963 Rover BRM entered a gas turbine powered car at Le Mans with the number 00. The body was re-designed for 1964 and raced with the number 26. For 1965 the car raced with the number 31 and was driven to 10th overall by Graham Hill and Jackie Stewart. This video shows the car and other gas turbine Rover's in action. Part 1 and 2 are also available on Youtube, but sadly part 4 seems to be missing.
