Powered by a 3 litre Buick V6 engine, the Royale RP40 was a race car that ran in the Light category of the 1985 GTP. Its predecessor was the Argo JM16, which ran a 3.4 Buick V6 engine and competed in the full GTP class.

GranTurismo is currently sorely lacking in its lineup of GTP racing cars, and this Buick powered entry would both begin to represent this class, and make Buick a more significant marque in the GT franchise...
