Any decent tuner would ask what PP you would like the car set to and what tyres you are planning on using as they all make a big difference to the way a car performs if he sets a car up for say nurburgring on racing softs it wont necessarily be any goor for deep forest on sports soft because the ring is alot bumpier and gearing would need to be quite abit different and traction then also comes into play.
Please dont get me wrong but there is more to tuning a car than changing wheels and paint its a good idea in principal but only once he has a repuation for tuning.
