RSeat Purchase Woes

Anyone have experience purchasing from RSeat? I purchase and paid for an item but its been two weeks now and I don't even know the status of my order. I've e-mailed them a number of times but it seems like they pick and choose which e-mail to reply to. Any one knows other means of contacting them?

I purchased via forum member 'ilonioum' who actually sells them professionally in his shop ( http://www.technomania.eu/ ). So I deal with him rather than rSeat directly.
Maybe if you PM him he might be willing to help you out because as a dealer he has different contacts, even though you didn't order at his shop. In any case he is a good guy always willing to help out simmers, like Basher for example. So can't hurt to ask.

Yes I purchased from RSeat North America but it seems like transaction is still with RSeat in Bulgaria. I ordered their RS Stand T3L. I've e-mailed them a number of times and they replied to me maybe on a few occasions but most of my e-mails were left unanswered.

I recently ordered something through Rseat NA and emailed them about a ETA on when they we're going ship out my item fortunately they got back to me in a day and answered my question. Now I'm eagerly awaiting for them to send me a tracking number.
