If you go to the license test and enter 5 events. You don't even have to do them, it will reset your ucd. The ruf will show up in there

No prob but yea if you want ones with no miles you'll have to trade people for them or get level tickets and hope you'll get lucky

I was in the same situation a few days ago i wanted a ruff so bad. So i made a couple trade deals but the guys had to wait 24 hours because you can only gift 1 car every 24 hours. all of a sudden 4 or 5 hours what shows up on the used car lot a 00 GT rwd car. Then a trade comes threw And i get my baby the CTR2 AWD (cranking out 699 HP) . so the other guy that was a little slower that i had traded a mcclaren he wanted painted in 009 polarized, the yellow bird he traded Finlay show es up. as soon as i take delivery and drive the car on a test track and change the oil. what then shows up on the used car lot another yellow bird!!!! so i have 4 ruffs now.

one of the yellow birds has a trade pending, But if it falls threw we will talk about seeing how we can get you into it. the other 3 are not going anywhere. but the moral of this story is follow the good advice i got when i was dieing to get my hands on a ruf, was to just be patient.

haha thats some story there. yeah i just found one of the CTRs in the ucd.. forget which one. but dang. 3 of them huh. are you going for all 5? lol will do!

Oh yea that's great but yea I noticed that the yellow bird doesn't show up as often as the others
