First, whats the rumor about the level 40 total car damage? I've heard it everywhere! There is even a video on youtube showing a cars hood up and hatch busted.
Do we have to level up to be able to tune our gearboxes more thoroughly? I've seen this problem in other threads as well as my own experiences.
