Hmm this is weird, when I drift with my FD it seems like I lose alot of speed, I dont know but I feel like it weighs a tone when I drift it. But its light, maybe its just my controller cause whenever I use this one controller it feels different, but then I switch to my other controller its all hella good and shiet. This car is like no aother, but hey what can I say, I love it.
 
haha I know. thats the way RX-7's are. mine does it also but than i speed drift and thats what i want. I push it to its max limit and when it understeer I can full throttle it to correct its line.

well the lost of speed is probably due to your style of drifting. the RX-7 is not really suited to oversteering alot.this is due to the light front load. most of the time the car will understeer and you will just have to use the throttle to correct it. good luck.
 
hmmm..yeah maybe its my style, I don't know, I faint alot. Maybe I should stop doin that, cause really with a FD I dont need to do faint. Usually I only do that with the slow cars, like the AE86 and, or the cars that I dont put realllllly slick tires on. I don't know maybe I'l just have to fittle with my style and the car, and try and come up with a good combo. But I'm doin good so far, its just long drifts are hard to do with this car, but I can still do them, it just takes time, I guess. But btw thnx.
