I don't think you will be able to trade it mate. 974,240 cr is its used price. The car still has an undisclosed 'new' price which will prevent it from being traded. Same with any used car worth 950,000 cr and upwards.
I have yet to test if such a car can be traded once you have physically used it for racing, but as I understand it, straight from the UCD with 0 changes definitely won't allow you to gift ;/

to bad :( stupid rule...

Worst rule ever!
I can understand 20,000,000 cr cars, and F2007, F2010, or FGT's. The rest just hurts. I only began trading to get a Ford Falcon XR8, and now that can't be traded either. Luckily for me I got it, and a whole lot more! But people who hadn't found trading yet have been dismissed by the new restrictions. 👎

its tradable I think, if bought from UCD and kept untouched.(no tuning, oil change, etc) Im not sure though, but it has to be since then value is sub 1 mil.

The used value is under 1 million. The actual value of the car "new" is more, and that is what the restriction is based on. For example, '97 Castrol Tom's Supra is 950,000, whereas a used 2000 Castrol Tom's Supra is 750,000. Anything over like 775,000 in the UCD more than likely cannot be traded now.

Ah nice, thanks for your info :)
Dumb ofcourse from PD, cause an average person never knows the new value... if a car only can be obtained from the UCD (except tickets ofcourse) I tthought and hoped the restriction was based on a the actual value, seen in game.
