K, so I've been messing around with a setup that at least works for me.....


Power: 416 HP
Weight: 1149 kg
Ride Height: -10/-10
Spring Rate: 9/9
Damper: 8/8
Toe (out/in): -0.18/+0.18
Camber Angle(-): 0.8/0.8
Brake Balance: 7/6
Turning Angle: 45
Traction Control: 1
ABS: 2
Final: 3.700

After some tweaking from some other setup I've somewhere, this by far the best setup I've tried, car is loose but still controllable, feels agressive....
 
I tried your settings and was still having trouble...made a few
modifications and got 3rd easily even after getting a bumping penality.

Here is what I used...

Power - 464 (-2)
Weight - 1311 (97)

Height: -12 -12
Spring: 8 8
Damper: 7 7
Toe: -0.18 +0.18
Camber: 0.8 0.8
Brake: 7 6
Turn: 50
Trac: 1
ABS: 2

Final: 3.700
 
What did the trick, for me, was the hard/late breaking which I use a lot (which also screws me over perhaps too many times), and that in my view made the car more easy to control in the corners.... Tuning tips is an individual thing I guess, what suits your driving style..... But like other people have said about this race, you have to drive the lap fairly aggressive.... I use time points on the track to measure where I should be to beat the race and where to improve the time.... has helped a lot in this race, since I had to restart the game so many times and found when and where I should be to win.....
