Hey guys 2 days until our next race. Race 7 of 14 Road Atlanta is the end of the first half of the season. Good news it does not rain here. The bad is this race will have a long night portion. Since the most prestigious race at the track. Takes place after the Autumn Equinox. So night slightly will longer than the day. I will not be on Thursday or Friday. So your on your own for any extra practice. See you guys Saturday night.

I'm not sure what the deal with ASAP was but I was passing him between the 2 right handers before the long back straight and he drops down in front of me just as get to his bumper. I will just peacefully enjoy the rest of my night instead of finishing the race.

Thank you everyone attended tonights race. We are off next week followed by 2 in a row.

Next is a tour within a tour within a tour. With lack of real world race too try to mooch playerd off of in early spring. The next 3 race will be tour of the most popular or most used layout of each Tokyo Expressway direction. Starting with Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise in 2 weeks.

It is the Central layouts for why chose to run Goodwood for one our test races. These a now rare type of race track I refer too a momentum track race. Short straights and mostly mid and high speed corners and often long duration corners. More common in yesterday do there high average speeds making them dangerous for modern racing. But your all immoral in GT7. So I don't have to worry about that problem.

Yeah ASAP complained about something too. I can't take a look if nobody tells where to look.
At one point earlyish in the race they were off at the top of the hill by turn 3, rejoined the track while ghosted as I was cresting the hill and then suddenly unghosted while still at low speed and I clipped them from the rear. I had some damage but didn't feel like a major incident to me. Not sure if that was it since I saw them again later on, at one point spun out in front of me coming out of turn 7.

At one point also I clipped the grass and spun in turn 1 while passing celso9 and made contact with them as they went past, but I had no damage and they kept going so seems like no issue there. Definitely a tough circuit for traffic in general, I was trying to wait for the backstretch to make most of my passes but often saw traffic giving way in corners, hopefully they didn't feel forced off.

ASAP turned to the right (i was passing on the right) about when I got to his bumper and I hit him then he slammed on the brakes to make sure he slowed me up even more then turned to the left to block the track before rage quitting.

Lap 28 in my car (lap 26 in your car) is where you will find the incident.

I try to remember too next time I'm on. I'm not sure what day that will be yet.

ASAP complained that he felt the Gr.3 cars were divebombing but, my I didn't feel like I had problem with anyone else. But I also do assume players might be extra patient with me vs others.

I have ghosting turned off because I find it unreliable and unrealistic. Plus I don't like the idea of training players not to avoid other cars.

I also have to reset turned off. Also for the lack of realism and the fact that resets. Reset your car on the best line where other cars are most likely to be. Not sure who made that dumb decision. Unfortunately even with both reset options turned off. There are still places where Gran Turismo will reset regardless. Riding in out of bounds areas for to long seems to do be an automatic trigger.

I went back and checked to make sure that I didn't dive bomb or push anyone around, that wasn't the case. Our incident happened on the straight anyhow. I wouldn't bother saying anything but part of the incident was intentional.

I don't know. I got another response him. I won't be on until either Monday night or Tuesday.

P.S. If anyone is curious. I guess I'm now going to a funeral on April 11th. One of the bowlers from the Monday night league. That I on and off join at a local club died last Thursday. I didn't hear about it until the next day. The bowler was also one of my couches for my junior Saturday morning league years ago. And it was because of him friend and I about the club league. Yay depression.

After reviewing the incident myself. It looks someone failing to take the advice of be predictable to the upper class traffic. Dude crossover to setup for what I think is turn 6. Then crossover back over when he saw headlights. Which was way to late @fastone371 to react. Especially when being followed by another car. @JDMKING13 lucky not to be involved in this too. This could been much uglier than some bags of broken Doritos.

Happy Easter Saturday. Reminder our next 2 races were moved back a week due to unfortunate events. Our next race at Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise will on 4/18/25. I'm sure your most of you don't mind the extra practice time at the next track anyways. Because of the schedule changes. We now have 3 races in a row coming up. So enjoy your extra off week. See you in 2 weeks.

I've always like it when things workout like this. April 9th is 9 days until our next at race on the narrow streets of Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise. Qualifying and pit strategy will very important for this race. On track passing will be difficult and will require some patience. Interactions with the other class may provide ad to passing in class. Oh and of course avoid hitting the walls. I'll host an extra practice at some point this week or next week. Enjoy your extra week off.

It's 6 days until our race next at Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise and 13 days until the following race at Tokyo Expressway South Counterclockwise. Normally I start posting races 2 weeks out but, I had a lot going on yesterday. And ended forgetting to do it. As of for extra practice for our next race. I'm on Monday and Thursday this week. So I'll probably do it tomorrow.

Just 4 days until our next race 8 at Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise and 11 days until race 9 at Tokyo Expressway South Counterclockwise. Sorry guys I was going to open for practice yesterday but, I ended up having to help with some housework instead during normal operations. I will definitely open up Thursday for practice. I definitely need it myself. Otherwise see you on race night.

Alright guys 2 days left until race 8 at Tokyo Expressway Central Clockwise. I will lobby for practice tonight. Practice for the following race 9 at Tokyo Expressway South Counterclockwise will have to be next Tuesday.
