Hi.

So I was watching Fraternity187's video on 100000HP Red Bull, and at one part of the video he had S.Vettel as a driver?

I'm wondering how I can be able to Get S.Vettel in B-Spec.

I'm not talking about the Red Bull X2010 S.Vettel, I'm talking about having S.Vettel as a B-Spec driver.

No but in arcade mode when you drive a X2010 you will be wearing a Vettel suit.

EDIT: misread this.
 
B-Spec drivers names are randomised from first initials and a pool of surnames of real-world racing drivers. It's simply a matter of regenerating the driver's name for long enough.
 
Also wondering: if I do get him, will he automatically be Driver Class 40, or will he start like every other driver?

There is nothing special about any combination of random initial and random surname.
