What exactly are you asking here? Do you need to know how to connect your PS2 to a video capture card? If so, your card must have an S-Video input. If it doesn't, you must purchase a separate capture card that does. I'm sure they exist, bot most capture cards I've seen use a composite video connection.

i have a 3DFX Voodoo Video card with a S-Video input, is there special software to play the ps2 on the comp. and make video's

I would think that the card included video capture software. If it doesn't, try this.

Are you 100% sure that this is an input, not an output?

i was wrong, its just an out put, i was looking at the wrong thing, thanks though
