I have been practicing a lot, as of late, at emulating a wheel with the Dual Shock (no wheel twitch). I think this clip is a beautiful testiment as to why IMO. I don't really think it matters that much, if there is wheel twitch in replays. I just like a challenge, and prefer the smooth look in replays.;)

This isn't in anyway a challenge towards battle stage. I just thought I would show my progress. It takes time and delicate analog stick control, and I have almost got it down to muscle memmory. I'll post some other clips later. ;)

It seems like I'm not the only one who tried to emulate the wheel in my drifts with a Dual Shock :D Props to that :) I stoppped doing that because I kept on getting cramps in my forearm 2 days after :irked: That's why I got the wheel :D

Thanks. I hear ya, it's hell on the forearms, but it looks so good in the replays. I need to get a wheel though, Breakers got me thinking about it. ;)
 
I just started the drift thing on GT3... and yeah after a few go arounds with the duals I decided to get the wheel... I have gotten pretty good, just can't find a car to stick with... I caught between the S13 and AE86... I will like you opinion SilviaDrifter... cause that vid was badass!!!

In all honesty, you just need to use whatever car is the most comfortable for you. I personally like the S13 more than the 86, but then again I'm Silviadrifter, so I'm a little biased. Just keep practicing, and don't limit yourself to one car IMO. I have about 10 cars I drift all the time, but it took me a year to find them, so just be patient and keep drifting, and you will find your favorites. ;)
