Um, it doesn't reflect the sky. I just pinched an image and wacked it on the hood. Then I reduced the opacity a bit to make it look shiny.

Very Nice! - Was the car the shiny in the first place?

If not can you please give me a detailed set of instructions?

It isn't that hard. Under Colour Balance there is Shadows, Midtones and Highlights options down the bottom. I'll use my chop as an example; I wanted it blue. So, I changed the midtones until I got a blue. Then I gave it more blue in the shadows option then anything else but in the highlights I gave it more green than anything else (the green gives it the shine).

No, I was trying to make to create an image from scratch on the hood and I was having trouble so I thought, to hell with it. I'll just pinch a pic and whack it on.
