S4 vs Mustang......

Why is it that my S4 w/ 520 hp is a TON faster than my SVT Cobra w/ 650 hp? Is it Quattro or a glitch or something else?

Possibly it could be the gear ratios that you use, the Stang might have a ton of mileage on it and the S4 doesnt.

The S4 is also 4WD, so all that precious drive is going into moving the car forwards, not spinning the wheels.

Gear ratios are wider in the stang and it was brand new...S4 has a TON of miles

Well I cannot think of anything, maybe the S4 has a better power to weight ratio than the Stang.

When you say faster, do you mean faster as in a higher top speed? Or faster as in quicker lap times? Because an S4 (with the right setup) turning in quicker lap times than a Mustang is understandable.

actually i believe power/weight ratio is better in the stang....

when i say faster i mean altogether, its 0-60 is about 2 seconds better (its about 3.2 for the S4), quarter mile is better, 1000m is better, top speed is better as well.
