Ooops, I read it wrong. The 9-7X outsold the 9-5, 5267 vs 4357.

Proof

The 9-3 sold at more than four times the rate of the 9-7X (at nearly 22,000 units).

...Too many GM facts rolling around up there...

So, it (barely) beat a car dating back to when Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was still on? I'm sorry, but I don't see that as an accomplishment.

I have done the phantom clutch a few times but never hit the brakes while doing it, damn the car must have gave a nice screech when you did that.

It happens when your manual has pedals with nice, tight spacing, and your automatic has a brake the size of a shoebox. Glad to see one AT that doesn't... :D

THE 9-5 DEBUTED BEFORE THE LEWINSKY SCANDAL BROKE.

The whole thing is so ridiculous it scares me.

So, they've been show by GM... Kinda.

Not bad looking, I was actually surprised by the new schnoz on the Saab. Still, I can't expect these things to sell all that well...

The Cadillac looks the best by far. 👍 None of them are particularly ugly though.

It really depends on whether or not they epically miss the point like they have with the Saturn Vue and its brothers.

Nice to know, however, that GM still feels as strongly now about internal sales competition as they did when they decided not to release a Firebird.

No doubt. Not to mention that there is also a Chevrolet, GMC and Saturn variants available as well. Granted, you're not going to make negative sales between any of them, but when people are walking away from anything SUV related en masse, it seems pointless to offer this many altogether.

I really don't like the look of that Saab. And neither the Cadillac or Chevy are very appealing at all. They'll still sell. I can't see anybody buying the Saab, but I'm sure we'll be seeing a few Cadillacs and Equinoxes on the street.
