Same car same aero parts and widebody but different downforce?

Hi all,
I got two civil type r ek9 1997 , all car got same aero parts and wide body, but i found that one of them got front down force max is 200 while another is only 100.
Is it a bug??

Is it perhaps just for the rear difffuser instead the wide body ?

Yes, a diffuser changes the aero limits on both ends of the car.
Also Type A or Type B rear wings usually have less maximum height than custom rear wings.
