just wanted to let you guys know that the release date changed again for like the 100th time lol from 7/1/2004 to 11/1/2004, I get an email just to see whats up. sorry if this has already been posted. 11/1/2004 :banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

Next time, because there are hundereds of dates, and hundereds of threads could you post the date in a thread thats aready there rather than creating a new one. It must be a nightmare for the mods as well as being a pain to the other users. This isn't an attack at you for posting a date, and I hope you don't see it that way.

Im really getting tired of all the date changes. They should give us something along with the game when it finally comes out as a thank you for being so patient.:D

At some point, we'll get GT: Bikes, before GT4 comes out. Hey, maybe to satiate a few NTSC racers, they could finally release GT concept over here.

Ouch. Nov 1 on some site, and October 1 on others.

I'm just about to give up.

AO

But hey, atleast we can get the wheel for it..

Well if anyone's check the Play mag review, Kaz pretty much said he's considering releasind GT4:P in Europe and the US.

What's the date on this article? Did he say this within the last month or so? Maybe, this is why we have the new delays. PD is busy with the American (English) and European version of GT4P. Damn it.

I don't want them to busy with a European and American GT4:P, I want them to be busy with getting bloody GT4 out. Something must be up if they are running nearly a year late. Lambo? Ferrari?

So, you had to go an open up that can of worms, eh? You bastard! :p

No, I don't think it could be that. PD always had things to correct before the release of a new GT title. I bet, since GT4 is so damn big, that they are going to need a lot of time to fix all the bugs. Kaz said he wanted to release this title without any flaws or bugs, this time around.

Plus, maybe PD is working on a world release of GT4P, and that is flooding them with work. I always thought PD should "outsource" the Asian version to another company, and have them make the different versions of the game, freeing up time for PD to finish up with GT4. Maybe Kaz doesn't like that idea, and wants his own team to do it. I dunno?

They pushed it all the way back to november? How many lisencing problems are they having?!

I've got a feeling Ferrari will be in GT4, last year KY said he would be willing to delay the game if it meant including Ferrari, one of the reasons given for the delay was to add more cars, and Ferrari have said they want to be in a GT game in a couple of publications late last year. I won't be dissapointed if they arn't in GT4, cos it will still be the best racing game ever, but it would be nice to get them.

It would be shocking to see the Ferrari label in GT4, as up until now they have had a contract with Electronic Arts (NFS series). I wouldn't be surprised if that was actually the reason for the delay; that Polyphony is negotiating with Ferrari over the rights to use their cars (or merely gaining permission to gather the required sounds/performance specs from the cars, as they are uber-expensive). I also hope that Lamborghini makes its entrance to the Gran Turismo series this time around, as we could have the major supercar competitors all named in the game (it would also be cool if Porsche threw its name into the mix).
