Hi,
I have been trying to sync all my music to my recently acquired Samsung Galaxy W. I tried manually adding music via Windows, but that didn't work, because every so often Windows would stop copying music and say that my device has stopped working or responding, and from then on it constantly said that when I attempt to do it again. Next I used the Samsung Kies software on Windows, which wasn't any better. It started syncing music and then freezed after 2 songs had been done. Next I used Kies air on my Samsung phone, which worked much better because I managed to sync half of my music successfully on to my phone. But then I used it again the day after that to sync the rest of my music, and it wouldn't work. It always freezed without syncing one song and came up with an unknown or network error while I attempted to sync, when there is nothing wrong with my connection at all.
Can someone help me with my syncing issues? It is really annoying me and I don't know what to do about it. Help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks for reading.
