Samsung K3

Hi, Been looking for a new MP3 for a while now. One of my favourites has been the Samsung K3, so what I want to know is if it is:
a) Sound quality
b) Good value for money
c) Good points
d) Bad points
e) General opinion

Depending on what you guys say could determine my next Mp3 player......

That should give you a fair bit of guidance.

Personally I've never tried this, but at first glances I'd much rather have a K5. I think it's a little more expensive, but it has a rather cool slide out speaker that, apparently, is actually rather good.

My advice is to go along to Currys or PCWorld and have a go on one yourself. If you ask them nicely you might even get a listen to one (bring your own headphones though).

Before I bought my player, I had a go on one of my friends' one and decided I liked it. Admittedly, though, I was trying an iPod mini which were about as common as sand on a beach when I bought it. You won't find many people with K3 or 5s.

Yes I did go to Currys and I had a play with it found it very good but I just wanted your views on the K3. From the review it is farely positive apart form the picture viewer which I am not to fussed on anyway. Thanks all for your help guys I chose my new Mp3 some will be glad others won't it is the Samsung K3 brand new off ebay for only £60.00 including p&p. Thats £20 off the retail price. The reason which made me go for this is many things but the fact that not many people have one also makes me more keen to have one.

Actually reading the thread is cool too.
 
First you gotta pick Flash or HD player. Then you have to pick Storage space. After that you gotta see if it fits with your budget. Since you have limited info on what you're looking for I'm not really sure.

Besides the nOOb thing of automatically going to an Apple product without looking around, I suggest you see what's out there that is just as good or better. That is unless you want an Apple product.

Anyway, I don't have one but I do like iRiver's Clix for ease of use, simplicity, and a whole range of features. I'm not sure but I believe it's drag 'n drop too so there's no playing around with proprietary software. It maxes out at 4gb which if you're going flash is pretty good. I'm assuming that's where your headed because of the player you mentioned. It's a bit more expensive but when you look at what you get from this player to others I think it's worth it.

Whatever you do, look around first and see what you actually want to do with this player.
