San Andreas question

Okay, so I'm bored and a couple of weeks ago I started a new GTA:San Andreas game from scratch.

I'm enjoying myself and having a good time. I've got to Las Venturas and I'm doing the casino robbery missions. I have Millie as a girlfriend and I've taken her on like 7 or 8 dates so far and have her up to 60% liking me, and I remember getting a phonecall from her about her cut from the robbery and according to a quick Google search, that's the sign that I've progressed enough with her to get onto the next robbery mission. According to most websites, 35% is enough to progress onto the next robbery mission.

However, the green dollar sign that signifies the next stage in the robbery mission is still at her house. Am I missing something obvious or do I have to do something else to further the plot?

Thank you very much GTA_Phreak! I've been Googling the problem to no avail, but I knew someone here would have the solution.
 
In the car jacking missions, where you buy the car lot. The one mission where you have to pull over and take this woman's pink Uranus I think that's what it's called. Why does it not show up at the car lot???
 
I think that you have to do all the missions before you can get the cars from the car lot.

Though when I complete all those missions, it's still not there. Though I'm not crazy about that car, but I'm just curious about it.
