Sandking never spawns

Well for about 40 hours (as in 180hours gameplay to 220hours) now my sandking never spawns. Ive used it heaps and blown up many. Its almost like ive used up all the sandkings and no more will ever spawn.

this has made it impossible for me to get one. Everytime i check its never there.

Any ideas?

Something close to a miracle happened. I asked the question at GTA Forums and i didnt get flamed for being newb (ive been there over 2 years, but it still wouldnt suprise me) and a guy answered my question with an intelligent and correct answer!!!!!. But i must say extracting info over there is hard as most have no clue wtf is going on, Only a select few seem to have their heads screwed on. Think GT4 forum x 10.

Simply approach the place on foot and the sandking was waiting right there for me!.

The SA section has calmed down quite a bit-- you won't get treated badly in the VC section--- I run a tight ship

It must be like the Ocean beach hunter in VC-- if you approach it too fast, it won't spawn sometimes too.

I just saw your post-- Mxyzptlk is a pretty good member over there, very helpful-- his post count is unbelievable though (although he does not spam)-- over 7600 posts in 6 months. I have less then half that many posts between GTplanet and GTAforums combined in 2 years. But if you had asked that, and there had been a previous thread on it, he would have served up a list of search results for you, but still answered the question.

Like a good member i searched first, but couldnt find anything, i know how annyoing it is for members to post things when if they searched they would find the answer 10x over.

Its good to see some helpful guys over there . I was even thinking of getting a capture card so i can compete in the street races they hold. See how i stack up against them , and i could also use it to make vids of my GT4 replays .

Thankfully. The last time I was over there idiots had finally stopped posting daily threads about finding bigfoot, leatherface, UFOs, etc.

The Sandking spawns for me fine, but the night vision goggles never spawn for me at the Big Ear. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but I can't find them anywhere. There's also apparently a rocket launcher in the ghost town (according to SAM anyway) but it never spawns for me or SAM has it in the wrong place.

No, it's not working.

Can someone verify that there is nightvision goggles at the Big Ear and if so, describe their location exactly? If possible, can someone also verify if there's a rocket launcher in the ghost town at Las Brujas? I don't know if I'm looking in the wrong places, if there's something wrong with my game or if the SAM Java map is wrong.

Didnt find anything, though i may of looked in the wrong place. I had a jetpack on so i scowered the area quite well.

Im sure i saw goggles at the big ear one other time though

I checked GTAForums.com - apparently it's a known glitch, the goggles won't respawn after they've been picked up.

I can't find the rocket launcher though. It doesn't really matter - I can pick it up from other locations, I was just wondering if it was a game glitch or if I was looking in the wrong place.

Ah that makes sense.

As for the rocket launcher i dont know, i dont think ive ever seen it at that location. I will check SAM and have a look around in a moment.

I know its there somewhere, but in another location maybe. i remeber it being in a ruin building but there isnt any ruins there!
