Save game.

I have a stange thing happening in my game.
My game was sent from UK by a friend who bought the game for me.
In the mid time my friend created a game with a garage with cars that I will need for a champ.
He sent me the save game by email, then I copy it to a mem card and then to the game.
But one thing is odd. I tried to use one car (BMW M3'11) in my friend's race room which is "tuning prohibited" and I'm not allowed due this limitations. The car has no tuning at all, is brand new.
I bought a new one to test and I can enter the room with the same config. Only the bmw that already exists in garage are not allowed.

Can anyone try to explain how this is happening.

Maybe you can add a picture of the room restrictions of the online mode?
Can someone else within the same room use the exact same car you wanted to use?

Yes they can. The race is a trophy of Bmw M3 base model and all cars are equal, without any modifications.
I tried with three cars of the same model 0kms and I did created a room of my own with the same restrictions and when I enabled the option "Tunning prohibited" the cars were not allowed to enter.
