Save size

Hi,

My savegame file size is about 6.3mb and is a pain to load.

Does anybody have a good solution for this problem?

I'm thinking to move all gear to a subaccount and delete it from my main account. No idea what benefit it would give.

I also was wondering if the logfile is included in the savegame file.
Because as active trader, the log expands daily....

I deleted my game data recently in order to try and speed up loading times. It didn't do a thing for me! All it did was erase all my photos, replays, created tracks, and whole lot of thumbnails in my garage. Be warned, it won't necessarily do any good.

edit: sorry no idea about the log, though.
 
In-game saving is so slow...because of the size.
They should split what they need to write. Items, Paint and Cars should all have their own savefile, so loading and saving only happens to the file which has the stuff..

Another failure of PD.

Same here, my orange friend. If I find the time I`ll create a subaccount and move gears onto that. But what will this strategy do to my savegame size?
 
I wish they dial back the in-game save frequency. It was a slight annoyance before the patch but with save files now 2-3x as large, it's becoming a big annoyance.

Ill send one set to my ouw sub and will delete it from my main.
See how and if it goes down....if satisfying enough, I have somebody sending all the gear to my sub for some tickets....

If I know more, I let you know.
 
I've sent all of my tickets to another account that is only used to back up my precious items and cars.

You know what's funny is I was thinking the exact same thing, if I ever got mad at someone I could do that to them :lol:
