Yes there are several of us playing on hard (or have played on hard) and the hard career mode is definitely a challenge, mostly in good way. I suppose it is possible to post a save game but I really don't see the point. This game is all about skill developed through practice, there really are not any short cuts. However I would recommend in career mode on hard not taking a test position with one of the better teams. I think you would be better served by sticking with a driving seat with one of the lower teams. For one it is much more satisfying to drive and two, for me at least, it is much better practice to be out on the track in the heat of competition. I mean driving in traffic on hard in this game is a skill unto itself. Anyway it is probably best to only move up when a better team offers a race seat. Good luck 👍
