Savedata Problems!

Hia guys i don't know if there's anyone out there that can help but if there's any answers to my problems it'll be grateful!
Well I have this problem with my savedata, I had to format my ps3 not so long ago so I saved my GT5 savedata on my memory pen, when I went to copy it again onto my ps3 the file wont show on my memory stick! The file is there because I checked on my laptop! Can anyone shed some light on how I can recover my data? I have been playing the game for ages so I don't really want to start again! Message me if you guys have any advice! Thanks for the time guys!
 
Try a different memory stick. I had this happen once. For whatever reason, my PS3 decided that it didn't want to read my memory stick anymore. I put my save back on my laptop, got a new memory stick and copied my data onto the new memory stick. Problem solved.
 
You need just press triangle on usb memory and chose "show all"

Thanks guys I will try it now! And I have pressed triangle but the only option coming up is information :(
 
Thanks for the help guys I finally done it! I'm so relieved haha! The problem was I had two savedata files saved into each other so basically everything got jumbled up haha Tanks for your help guys! :D
