Okay... so I give up. This does not show up anywhere for me when I'm in the midst of racing in an endurance race (both A- and B-Spec). It is mentioned in the new features list, so how the heck do you use it? :dunce:

Am I going crazy?

Once you turn into the pits, you'll see the word "suspend" at the bottom corner of the tire selection screen when you pit. You'll hit that button, it'll save for you, you push the PS button and exit the game. Play the game later on and you resume where you left off - viola.

Enter the pits, and the option will be there. 👍

Edit: Never mind. Vitzio has answered the question. ^

Ah, I see it now. Thanks!

No, sadly. It's still quicksave, which is why I won't be using it. :grumpy:

Argh, so it's really not all that useful. :grumpy:

Sorry for the thread necro, but is this still a quicksave?
Yes it is. You cannot do anything else whilst you have a saved endurance race.

You can back up your save beforehand and play on that whenever your bored, however, you will lose anything you did on that save when you go to resume the endurance race from a back up on another USB stick

It would be really nice to be able to race online, or perhaps Arcade, while a long enduro is saved. Can't think of any reason why anything else in GT Life should be possible however.

But if the restriction was put there for technical reasons, then so be it. Suspended races locking the game to resume-only is worlds better than leaving the PS3 on for days.

Create an other GT5 user and share some cars before starting your endurance race... that's what I do, I have 3 users.
