Good luck on your league I hope you get a good turn out. I've been running a SBK league and web forum for over a year now at http://onlinesimracing.proboards.com. We have raced a SBK X championship and also a SBK 2011 Championship. Hardest thing with running a league for sbk is that there aren't very many people that play sbk in general and even fewer that will want to race in a league. People seem to show for the first couple rounds then start to drop off. You can tell by looking at our previous race results on my forum.

I'm still debating whether or not to try and have a generations championship or not. I just don't get on the ps3 very much anymore since geting a gaming pc and a lot of our normal race crew don't really play that much anymore either. We have some of the top guys in sbk in my league. Lots of us have top leaderboard lap times myself included. A lot of my lap times have fell just off the first page to around 10th. That's not too bad I don't think considering I set them in the first couple months of the game coming out and I haven't sat down and played seriously in 8 months.

Also I think you might have a hard time getting people to join a 2011 league when the new sbk generations game will be out next month supposedly. Most people aren't going to want to play an old game when the new version is out. Not trying to sound negative just giving my input from running a sbk league for a year and a half 👍.

Thanks for the input buddy, although I'm going to take my chances on this. It probably won't pay off but even if we could get say 6-7 riders together then I'd be a happy man.

It sounds fun, I'll try to show up if there is room available. I'm not too fussy about which bike I ride since I'm not overly competitive.

You know the funny thing is I guess I just have problems with organizations! lol I can't really bring myself to commit to a league, but when for almost 2 or 3 years we had the most insane turnouts for MotoGP 08. MotoGP Monday and we'd have full grids and basically just run through all the tracks.

MadRR kind of had it correct with such a small base and different gaming habits and the way the game seperates players with physics modes it's hard to get enough people to get a good solid league.

Let yourself I don't need a full grid to have fun. with SBK 08 and MotoGP 08 we had a group of 8 regulars that pretty much always showed up at the same time and he had a blast. The only bad part was that you couldn't lock rooms or kick out knuckle heads. and for me I was just never really able to figure out the controls from SBK09 through SBK11. That plus others desire (not right or wrong just different tastes) to run random weather just made me lose interest in leagues. Wasn't crazy about tire wear but I could deal with that. funny thing is I won a lot of wet weather online races it just wasn't fun.

anyway just talking to be talking lol
