Scapes - Only limited to three cars?

So, we’re only allowed to place three cars. I thought we’d be able to place as many cars that could fit. Some pictures can certainly fit more than three cars.
Also, we can’t place our avatar. That’s disappointing.

What do you think, is three cars enough?
