Scapes Photo Mode - Travel Speed

I found this video on YouTube about using the Photo Mode in Scapes but the Travel Speed option is not in the game. Anyone know why the video is showing the Travel Speed option but the game does not?

Likely, they just went with using the shutter speed alone to replicate speed, having both would be redundant

You have to go back to the camera screen. there is an option "panning shot" or something like that, not infront of my ps now.
Activate that, and you can have moving cars.

"Travel Speed" only is an option when you turn on "panning mode" (or whatever it's called) on the "Camera" tab, then go back to the "Car" tab and you'll see the "travel speed" option.

I think this is how it works. (not at home right now to type the proper terminology)
