Scare Thread - Warning: Pop-up images, scares, and general horrors

I did a quick search and found no sort of threads on this. If there is one, move this there or just delete this/lock.

So, this is where we can post scares/images/comics/videos/etc. I'd suggest all material to be linked to, not shown. And with a warning on language, or potential of giving nightmares. It's fine as long as it doesn't have sexual themes or gore. It's general scary stuff. You can even discuss what scares you, what sort of nightmares you get, or even what types of scary you've seen today. Creepypasta is fine, as long as there is sufficient warning and that even if there is a risk of becoming insane (smile.jpg is an example, DO NOT POST IT even if you don't think it will change you, people are different) you will not post it. Videos of scary games (Slender, Amnesia) are fine, but remember the language tolerance.

Here's the rules of this thread:

1. REMEMBER THE AUP.
2. No gore/sex.
3. Everything must be posted in LINKS.
4. Links must have a warning, whether it be chance of scary images, or language.
5. If the article/image has a chance of making someone insane, do NOT post it.
6. If the links have a sort of virus that downloads images/scary in your computer, DO NOT POST IT.
7. Make sure your content does not get malware warnings from the browser/anti virus softwares.
8. Language is fine, but keep it at a bare minimum. If it launches F-bombs every sentence, don't post it.
9. If it's an exempt, put a warning and put it in
s.
10. For best effect, have your audio on! :sly:

I love the panel that starts with 'she was wearing...' (I'm trying to avoid spoiling it). Yeah, because that second thing is SO much worse than the first thing!
 
A suggestion I have for the thread: everyone watching the images posted in the future should have their volume turned on.

Not sure how many of you have read this before, but it's pretty creepy/scary. It's basically a diary of a guy who explores a new cave he's found..

Warning - It is quite a long story and gets a bit creepy towards the end. It's worth the read though, so don't skip parts.

I'm playing the last link. So far, I'm on the final level. I have a couple of complaints, though.

I was not very fond of "click at everything for time to pass so that something will happen". It made the game look much more long than it actually was. I think the game's idea was a good one, but it was not very well executed, that is, it could have been much more scarier. Thumbs up for not using a loud scream as a cheap scare.

I'm guessing nobody has played the '3 in a room game' which is actually terrifying to play.
