Searching movie title/ girl hides drugs (grass) in her underwear

[Turbo-Kai]

hy guys...please help me to find this movie title...

the data I remember:
> american movie
> girl and a boy are sitting in an old american car on a parking area
> then police crosses and the boy has got a pack of grass
> girl takes this pack and hides it in her underwear (kind of unsexy male underwear I guess it was)
> girl is a half famous actress I guess
> girl has blond red head and a bit curls
edit: > If I remember correctly that girl was moving with her family or at least father..so maybe "moving" could be part of the title...

So please help...

thanks!!!
