Season Seven Exit

I didn't see this addressed in another thread, apologies if it has been brought up.
When you finish a race in Season 7 and then Exit the race, it kicks you all the way back out to the home screen, just like the Online section does.
I'm pretty sure it didn't do this for the first 6 seasons.
Why would they change this?
This has been an ongoing complaint about the Online racing. I thought I heard they were working to correct this problem with the Online screens, but now we have it happening with the Seasonal events too.
Am I right about it not doing this in the first 6 seasons?

Yes, it did it in the first 6 seasonals as well. Nothing new.

Same here, though if you don't mind checking UCD it can be annoying I imagine.

The only time it's ok that the game kicks me all the way back to my home screen after an online seasonal race is after I've beat all of the tracks for any given event. Apart from that, why would I want to go that far back? I want to be able to enter the next track if I'm satisfied with the car I have selected, and if I'm not, I can go to my garage right there anyhow. Back should equal back 1 page, and if you want to go all the way home, they need to put the home icon in the lower lefthand corner like most all of the other screens have. I guess this makes too much sense though so it'll be overlooked.

It is a bit annoying at times if you just want to do another race after another. Always going back to the main screen is sometimes a pain. Just like in online racing, when you leave a lobby you are back at the main screen.

Wrong. In the others, you never had more than 1 race per challenge, now you have 3. Like said previously, it's annoying when you are trying to complete all the races per challenge.

I like it, too. I had 4mil after a seasonal event, and there was a C60 Hybride in my UCD. If the game hadn't sent me to the home screen, I couldn't have bought it.

Wrong, all seasonals 1-6 were 5 races each, no exceptions. The only change of format came with seasonal 7.

Some of you are misunderstanding my point... in the older seasonals there were 5 races total, one for each challenge. Last time I checked, #7 was up to 5 races per challenge.
