Seasonal/B-Spec Challenge 5/Cote d'Azur

I have somehow managed to clear most of the other events to date in Seasonal Events (with the exception of GT Academy, and the Time and Drift Trials . . . I can't drift for S***!), but the race at Cote d'Azure in Seasonal Events, Online B-Spec Challenge #5 has eluded me. I've run all six drivers there and most have serious problems with either running into the guardrails by themselves or being pushed into the guardraids while overtaking. Have managed to finish 2nd, but can't seem to close the deal.
Any advice will be genuinely appreciated. Particularly if you have a good idea on what car might help me to clear this.

I really enjoyed the event! The Mazda Furai was getting it done for many people and for me the Furai was the easiest to win with. Try some different setups for it over in the tuning forums and refine the gearing to vary Bob's behavior. I ran that event 50+ times using several different cars w/ Bobs of 35-40, including some wins with the Furai and Chappy 2D using 100% no coaching. I didn't have very good luck with the Toyota 7 but managed a couple wins with it. Cheers!
 
Anyone got a Mazda Furai, they can share with me to do the Online B spec challenge #5?
 
I couldn't get my lvl. 40 Bob to do anything with the Furai. I put him in the 2J, and he won by 5 secs. In the first race.

Great, thanks for the advice, I'll try that, I got the 2J, will let you know how it goes.

By the way just thought I have the Furai, just not in 0/0/0, so focussed on 0/0/0 sometimes I forget I got the rest with miles.
