Seasonal Event for road cars at the Ring

What we really miss here, is a Seasonal Event, where we can only enter with road cars, with no limit PP and the Nurburgring as the track.
So we can test and try our most favourites supercars around the ring, while we grind đź‘Ť

Just a thought :)
 
This might be better for the seasonal events sub-forum but.. I agree, I'd love to see something along the lines of your suggestion, and hopefully with a good pay off.

Cheers mate and yeah, the only way to try our best road cars is the Supercar Festival, but the tracks (apart from Trial Mountain) are not good enough for testing. Besides that, the competition isn't exactly hard now, is it? :)
The other option is the World Circuit Tour around the Ring, but in contrast, the competition is too hard for normal road cars. Although it can be done with 800+HP road cars, no way to do it with 500+HP road cars :(

So yeah PD, Road Cars Seasonal at the Ring please đź‘Ť
 
That would be great, maybe go as far as to make it stock cars only. I'd like to run a M3 around the Ring.
 
Just curious would rm cars also be able to run they are street cars that have been modified for racing just lighter not exactly race cars

I would just jeep it to road cars, as you can always use the RM cars in A-Spec PD Champ around the ring with no probs of winning :)
 
Now this is a great idea. Perfect to test, tune, and build up the bank.
 
No PP limit? Whats the point? Stock only on sport hard would be fun.
 
If you're looking to hard tune Stock vehicles and want a challenge, use the Real Racing Tours. It has the 24h VLN version of the 'Ring, but it still is the 'Ring. You may or may not win, but you can still have fun and build a bank. Most times you'd be able to get at least 3rd or 4th.
 
Well, I love the ring and I always use it for testing my new adquired fully modded road cars.
The Gran Turismo World Championship in A-Spec Professional level has the 1 lap Ring event, with "soft" GT race cars. So as long as your road car is 400+HP, you can secure an easy win.
The problem is, the payout is about 42,000 credits and when you consider, you've spent about 1/2 million credits buying and modifying your road car... it's peanuts and you'd have to do it at least 10 times (around 70 minutes), to get your money back :(
So, a Seasonal Event at the Ring, for modded/stock road cars, premiun/standard, with no PP limit (so we can test our abilities), strong competition (also road cars) and a good payout would just be perfect me thinks... đź‘Ť
