Seasonal Event Help

For a lot of the seasonal event bonus races, they require VERY specific car models.

Does anyone have any advice on how or where to obtain them? (i.e., do you win them from A/B spec events, does the Dealership sell them, or do you have to get lucky at the used car shop?)

I was able to complete the Mini event, and I found an RX-7 but haven't found the right setup yet to succeed on that track. All the other bonus races I have no clue where to get the cars.

NASCAR is won at lv 21 if you gold all NASCAR special events on gold.
Otherwise you have to buy all the others. I am lv 32 and I only had the NASCAR. You don't win them or anything, but all can be bought in the dealership (the new cars).
