Hey GTP, first off, I hope this is in the correct forum.
I have done the FR and FF seasonals, and 2 of the 3 4WD seasonals. I did them yesterday when they came out.
However now whenever I go back to do the 3rd 4WD seasonal event, It wont let me load it, upon investigation, it wont let me load any of the others either (even the ones I've already done)
It gets stuck on the black loading page, you know, the one with the circuit name in white writing, and the other drivers and vehicles scrolling along the top.
The blue bar fills fully, but nothing else happens.
I have noticed that sometimes the music cuts out on this loading screen, then comes back on alittle later too, possibly related?
The drivers continue to scroll along the top of the screen, so I know it isnt the actual PS3 thats freezing.
The only way to get out of the loading bar is to hold the PS button on the controller, quit, and then restart the game.
Both A and B spec load correctly, though the Vettel challenge is taking suspiciously long to load (same screen, except it has 'installing' flashing in the bottom right corner) However considering I have just unlocked it, I dont know if this is normal or not.
I have been making backup copies of my save games, after reading some of the horror stories on here, however I am hesitant to revert to a previous save file, due to the fact I have been grinding for hours to try and get to 10,000,000cr to afford an F1 car for the Ferrari Formula Seasonal - so far I am just over half way and it would be a royal pain to lose over 5,000,000cr
The longest I have left it 'loading' before restarting the PS3 is probably about 5 minutes, which I feel is more than enough time, considering it normally takes around 30 seconds to load.
Sorry if I've gone on abit, if anyone out there could help, it would be greatly appreciated.
