Not sure why you're lamenting the loss of the seasonal events as the notice says that they will continue even after 25th! The only thing that is stopping is the notification of seasonal events via gran-turismo.com.

@ameer67 No problem, didn't want the wrong message getting out as some folks will be sitting on GT5 for a while yet and they probably like the seasonal events for easy credits 👍
