Seasonal prize money 2.0 update

When we get the 2.0 update do you think PD will be putting the prize money back to the original or will they keep it 3x the amount. I remeber PD saying that it will run the prize money at 3x the amount for a limited time.

If so might be time to get some grinding in to get thoose expensive cars you still have not got.

Don't think anyone will be able to answer that for you yet. You can always play it safe and grind some anyway.

I wouldn't expect a massive change to the rewards, just keep going as you are.

Not too worried about it, really. I did some grinding on Le Sarthe over the last couple weeks, and bought every car in the OCD. Most of them I already had, but took the opportunity to grab zero-mile versions anyway. I think I've got all the cars in the game now that cost more than $10m, so I'm not too concerned about being able to afford pricey cars...

I'm kind of expecting this to happen, simpy because they said it was for a lmited time.

I'm just about at 20 mil again, but have a big decision - Miura or GT40 [edit: the mark iv race car that is]. Hmmm, beauty or the beast?

Just to be safe, I think I'll try and get a bit of grinding in to build up a small pot after being broke again.

With OCD's filled with 1mil+ cars, they cannot go back to a 100k payout for a race as it used to be before the 3x...
It would take 24/7 for 2 weeks straight grinding to be able to buy all current OCD cars.

PD did say that the triple payout will be for a limit time period, but it has now been for around 2-3 month i think ?

So i think it will stay forever, if not for a very long time then.

The only cars that were a big issue for most were the 20 mill ones in the prem content.
& those few overpriced 20.mill standards. I have most of the high priced Prem cars only have the last two mid price cars left to get. but still have loads of normal cars to buy yet. I think I am quite surprized how well PD have made the game work thats almost a year old now. People are still playing weekly events helped & the bucket full of updates that have been added. I was one of those who had more than a few issues with GT5 & still do but I am still playing it weekly. Still not hit leval 40 yet.

It's so easy to earn credits now via the seasonals, my thinking is might as well do it and get close to 20m in case there are new (race) cars with high price tags that come with the update and/or DLC.

I've saved up to 20 million in case you need to buy the DLC cars and the triple rewards are gone.

No kidding. Until it comes out, everything posted that didn't come from Kaz's tweets about it is speculation. I'd rather race than speculate. And if I end up hitting the 20m cap, then I'll have a reason to go buy something nice...

I would like to see seasonals pay less, lvl and bank caps raised, and offer a bunch of new OCD's that will require time and effort to get them all. I will have 20 mill CR for the first car ready. Still anticipating the update, hope it isn't more than a 2GB download, and hope it can be dowloaded from the internet and USB installable. I can imagine the tens of hundreds issues that will arise from everyone pulling this file at once,
