The Seat Toledo GT is a GT racing car built by SEAT Sport for the 2003 Spa 24 Hour race in the G2 class. It was powered by a 3.0 Turbocharged V6. The car was unable to finish the race, finishing in 48th after completing 38 laps.

Interesting suggestion, the car would have been useful even in Gran Turismo 4 and its 24 Hour Nürburgring event.

And what is the name of the game on the last photo, I wonder?

The game in the bottom photo is GTR2, I took the screenshot myself and also used the in game stats in the specification as there is not that much info on this car I could find besides the fact it was MR and had a 3.0 Turbo V6. It's the only game I know of that has this car in it.
 
Sorry for the late reply but this game up as I was searching about this car (just picked up a scale model of it). I believe it's also in the Race 07/Injection or GTR-Evolution series. I think it's also in the X-Box 360 port of that game Race Pro.
 
It raced not in the GT2 class but in the G2 class (invitational class in the "FIA GT Championship" at the time) AKA GTA class (the equivalent in the "Spanish GT Championship") alongside the Mosler MT900R.
